Complaints Procedure for the public

AAIC take complaints seriously, whether it is about one of our members or not, we will act professsionally, fairly and accordingly. The safety and regulations of Aesthetics, Injectables and Cosmetics is the cornerstone of our association. Your opinions and experiences are very important to us, without them we can not investigate bad practice.

If evidence is found that you have been on the receiving end of bad practice we will then follow procedures to inform the appropriate council or awarding body.
Given your consent we will ensure that the matter is recognised/dealt with and accountable for, giving you full feedback and explanations.
